The interview is a two way process. The ideal time for you to ask the
interviewer any relevant questions you will have prepared in advance.
This is a good opportunity to clarify any points you may have and to sell
yourself relating your skills, qualifications, attributes and competencies
  to the job.

Make questions relevant, avoid talking for too long. Show that you have
researched the company (without being contrived). Don't criticise your
current employers or reveal confidential information. Avoid too much self
opinion, don't harp on problems, avoid negativity. Talk slowly, clearly,
show interest but most of all be sincere and honest.
