We understand from credible research that it takes a candidate six months on average to become accustomed to a new job role. If you employ one of our candidates and it does not work out, for whatever reason, within the first six months of employment, we will find you a suitable replacement free of charge.*

CLIENT INTRODUCTION
- We always request an onsite visit with your company - to ascertain your business requirements for every vacancy at a timescale that suits you.
- All negotiations are completed upfront - this negates any possible discrepancies.
- A dedicated consultant - plus one other member of staff is allocated to handling your vacancy throughout the recruiting process eliminating miscommunication, giving you direct support.
- Tailored job specification - if required we can offer concise and relevant guidance for your needs.
RESOURCING
- We actively source candidates on your behalf - to ensure best industry practice rather than simply advertising your job.
- We do not doctor candidate CVs - to suit your job specification or correct spelling and grammar, we impartially give advice and guidance.
- Quality not quantity - we are very selective as to the amount of CVs you receive enabling us to deliver the very best suited individuals for your vacancy.
- Pre-preparation - we apply our common sense and anticipate questions you will ask of us for example availability for interview times, notice periods, current salary, salary requirements, booked annual leave, identification confirmation, references etc.
AFTERSALES CARE
- Keeping in regular contact with candidates during and up to 6 month period - assisting with the transition process and where necessary feedback relevant information to you.

TRIAL OPTION
Alternatively some clients prefer to take advantage of our Trial Option whereby an applicant is employed through us on a weekly basis. This allows candidates and potential employers the opportunity to work together and assess their suitability before making a permanent commitment. There is no limit to the length of the Trial Option and our fee will be reduced accordingly.
We don’t entice candidates to return to us for other roles once we place them within your company. Our reputation speaks for itself, candidates often return to us to assist with their next career move. This means we have a greater understanding of the candidate giving better support to them resulting in successful long-term placements thus our 6 month replacement guarantee is rarely necessary.
